Return and Exchange

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to get complete and fair idea about what is covered and what's not. The Lovelites return policy is a comprehensive document prepared to provide the customer with a means of resolving product return and exchange related issues asap.


At Lovelites, returns and exchange are handled on case-by-case basis and authorized at company's sole discretion. Though, our team works hard to address customers' concerns to the best of their ability, not every resolution always result in replacement of the goods purchased.


We recommend you not to place an order for a product (s) unless you have a good idea about the product you are buying. Please read our Beginners Guide Vaping Kits Buying Guide and E-Liquid Guide to have better understanding of Vaping products and their use.


Please inspect all products on receipt. The 7-days return window begins as soon you acknowledge the receipt regardless of whether products are opened or not.


Customer to bear all cost in shipping items back to Lovelites. Shipping cost incurred is non-refundable/creditable.


No Exchange / Returns on Clearance Sale Items:

Due to the low priced items, we don't offer any exchange or return on the items sold via clearance sale.


Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products:

Dead on Arrival' is a products that is completely non-functional when received.  A DOA product does not function in a manner in which it can be used.


Lovelites takes utmost care to ensure safe delivery of the products you ordered. In case you receive a DOA product, contact us immediately. Return the item within 7 days of receiving the product in its original packaging including all parts. Return request received after 7 days of product receipt won't be pursued.

Once Lovelites receives the product, a team inspects the products and establish the cause of the fault.

  • If product(s) is found to be DOA, it will be replaced with a new product. Company will reimburse the return cost incurred.
  • If product(s) is not found to be DOA, the product will be sent back to the customer. In such case, the company won't reimburse the return cost. A product returned is found to be tampered by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s expense.

Warranties on Third-party Products:

Though, Lovelites doesn't offer any warranty on third party products, customers can send faulty products back to Lovelites. We, then, send the items back to the manufacturer for repair. Customers would be responsible for the shipping charges both ways. Manufacturer will estimate the cost of the repair depending on the problem. Lovelites would inform the customer about the fault and cost to be assumed.


Items not returned within the time period will not considered for the replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.


Returns:

While returning the product(s), ensure that the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.If the product meets the return requirements as above, call us at +91 9810018491. Our customer support team will help you begin a return and resolve the matter.


Lovelites doesn't entertain any return or exchange request on e-liquid for any reason, unless you have received a bottle of juice in the wrong flavor, nicotine level, or VG/PG ratio. In such case, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.In case your refund is accepted, allow us 8-10 days to credit the amount into your account.
