Return and Exchange


Our products come with ‘Dead On Arrival’ Warranty that applies if customer receives a damaged or non-working product. To claim the warranty, customers are required to submit their claims within 2 days after delivery. No claim will be entertained after the said period.

Lovelites isn’t responsible for manufacturer’s product warranty as we are a reseller / importer. Customers should directly contact the manufacturer to claim any such warranty given against any particular product.


Customers are offered a window of two working days after delivery for refund or exchange. The claim stands void after that period. 

We accept the refund claims only if the products are returned to us in an unused and new condition packed in original factory packing.

We don’t entertain returns for factory defects and packaging mistakes. 

You can submit a return / replacements claim for e-Liquid if it’s sealed and claim requested in given time period. We do not accept returns/replacement of used e liquids. 


We send an acknowledgement email once your refund request is received. Once our team completes the inspection of the item, you will get an email the status of your request. In case your refund request is approved, we process the refund via bank transfer or Store credit coupon.  Upon rejection, same products will ship back on your shipment address.

Refund of paid orders cancelled by the client -It will be refunded after deduction of payment gateway charges.  `


Tanks, Accessories in general – Coils, Batteries, chargers, Spare Pods/Cartridges, replacement glass etc. are EXCLUDED from this warranty. 

We hereby clarify that Lovelites warranty covers only factory defects and delivery of Dead/Damaged Products. Any misuse, scratches, drop signs, misuse of batteries or chargers will lead to expulsion of product from the warranty clause.

Lovelites doesn’t take responsibility for scratches, Force Majeure, items opened by another party or items covered by another warranty. 

Lovelites isn’t responsible for warranties given by manufacturers. We therefore recommend you to keep the product warranty card in safe custody. 

Coils and E-Liquids are not covered under DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty.

Lovelites is in no manner responsible for: 

Injuries of any kind resulting from use of the products

Issues arising from alterations or modifications of the products

Products with missing or defaced serial numbers

Changes made to accessories and design of packaging by manufacturer

E-Juice Refund Policy

No refunds or returns are available for e-liquids.

We can consider refund or return for e-liquids only if we wrongly sent you incorrect liquid. Even in that case, the product must be returned unopened and unused. Taste can’t be the basis of returns. So, don’t initiate return / refund request if you don’t like the taste of the liquid you purchased.  

Refund In-Case of RTO (Return to Origin)

We put our best efforts in place to ensure hassle-free and timely delivery of your purchased products.  However, the delivery may be delayed or returned to us due to any reasons like customer not available-non serviceable area, no delivery due to security reasons, or bad weather. In case if package gets returned to us, we will initiate refund towards the original mode of payment upon receiving the order back at us.

Shipping Terms: 

We ship items through our shipping partners. Once your order is placed, your product will be assigned to a shipping courier according to serviceability of your shipping address.

Delivery time is entirely dependent on the locations. It may take 4-6 working days to ship your consignment to your address. But in exceptional cases or in inevitable circumstances it may take longer time because of offload/security issue at airport/flight delay or cancellation.

Lovelites takes no responsibility for any kind of delay in delivery of orders from shipping partners / courier companies.

Misplaced/Stolen Package during Transit 

If the Courier Company reports that the package is lost or stolen during transit, we will immediately ship the same product to your address. You can alternatively request for refund if you don’t want to have the product any more.  

We don’t entertain changes in shipping address after consignment dispatch.  

All Order will be dispatched in 24 hours after placing them online. No orders are shipped on 2ndand 4th Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
